    I think you may need to read (or re-read) the thread again. As the OP, I can tell you, this is not a complaint thread. This is an analysis of the current system which explains certain things that happen in the game (some of them are negative unintended consequences of a change in the matchmaking system), and how those things could be improved.
    People have then read this post, and it has resonated with them and their experience, and so are sharing those experiences.

    And actually, even if people want to complain, it is their right in this free speech forum to be able to do so.
    So they are free to complain.
    You are free to complain that they complain.
    And they are free to ignore your complaints.
    All ok?
