I have accidently given control of the guild to a new guy who we can't communicate with.

Does everyone else in the guild talk to you? If so, last resort, make a new guild and tell them all to join...yes you have to start again, but it’s the only way if he won’t communicate leave him on his own.....

Make a new guild. Its the only way. As a added bonus, the inactive people get left behind .

 

Dang. The problem is, well Royal Caribbean get it? I want to keep this guild. I guess it has to be a waiting game till he leaves.
Guess where most of my friends and I work? I'll have to see if they would entertain the idea.
Still thanks to all of you who offered any and, all assistance in regards to this matter.
Anyway in light of this issue, I don't think I can further recommend this game to passengers / guests anymore till customer service / support improves.

 

The Guild Leader can’t leave, not without passing the leadership to someone else. Just as likely he’ll quit playing, which will leave you with an idle leader forever.

Have you tried googling his name? Lots of people use the same name for multiple accounts. Maybe you can find an alternative way to contact him...
