How to spend pearls efficiently?

    800 epic parts
    Vs
    250epic parts
    12 epic powercells
    2 legendary pieces
    Probably at least one drop of some legendary scrapping the rares.
    As well as a chance to find the epic item you need.
    Leveling up the rares to level 11 for more epic cells would be good here.
    The real difference is if you are trying to get legendaries you aren’t getting anything with the parts.

    My powercell issues were only at Rare, more of a mid stage. Epic hasn't been a problem for me because I don't like most of what RNGeezus has given me so far. For those who scrap everything except what they equip, cells will never be a problem, but that's less effective for questing purposes. I've heard rumbling of others having Epic cell issues though.
