How is this perks work?

    So as i understand this perks suppos to add crit chance foe my sniper, from 10% to 20%. It show nothing change in pre stat. If not a bug sorry but please confirm how this perks work.....

    It adds crit damage, not chance.

    Ahhhhhhh ok misunderstand it. Then this is not a good perks. There is another one add cri chance and I assume this is that one.
    :( I saw one long ago but didn't buy it :(
