Help!Grenade Crew Bonus Difference

We have trained isak same...Still he have more crew bonus dmg % than me.
Can Anyone tell me where does this extra 5% crew bonus comes from?

 

Does anyone know a bug "burning at last talent" fixed with grenades?

 

Maybe the person has some damage to all weapon perks on her ship or some basic area damage weapon perks in their training(those +2% to spash damage weapons).

 

Here is another player with 40% crew bonus

 

Perks wouldn't increase crew bonus..and splash ones are 2% inc. so difference would be even in that case...

 

They might have 1 damage-to-area-damage-weapons(2% buff) and 1 damage-to-all-weapons(look at Sinklaire lvl 30, 3% buff).

 

No thats not the problem...I have 35% dmg bonus from isak at lvl 20

With Blastian 22 & 25 and Bhurt 24 trained there should be another 5 % in there.. mine is at 49% now.

 

Hehe...Its kind of bugging me since I started using grenade first still they have better...it sucks

Can u tell if 2% area damage talent of Mortimer adds in Grenade Damage bonus?

 

I think the tesla duo are the only items increasable by an exclusive crew member

 

It doesn't add to the number, but it does add to damage you get when you don't score a direct hit.

Then The Question still remains...what talent/talents can increase 4% damage under lvl 25..1% I confirmed is from Bhurt 24
It will be really helpful if you could tell how much %dmg boost you are getting from each crew member

Blastian lvl 22 & 25 are 2% damage increase to all weapons
