Help captains

So how do I select which captain I want to be active ? I'm on iPhone

 

Captains (I assume you mean crew members?) are all active at the same time, given you have them unlocked. They're passives so they're constantly in affect. Ships and equipment are what you choose to use, but captains are active with all the effects you've unlocked.

Dw, it's a little confusing at first, just upgrade captains that benefit the items your using. E.g. uprgade swift if you'll be using speed boost related items and the speeder ship.
