Was wondering about that, (curious, not judging). I see multiple people on my friends list doing it.
Why farm after devs have said it will be dealt with?

 

Other games with a guild/team/clan mechanic have a grace period for new members before they can participate with the group wars/battles/prizes. I would say 24 - 48 hours should be plenty grace time to allow players to get into the current running raffle of a guild, while not discouraging the joining of any new guild due to a long grace period. You want players to stay in guilds, so this is one way to do that, and with incentive to claim tokens from the completed guild quests after the grace period. Like other posters mentioned, the players who exploited this loop hole must not be left unpunished. It is not fair to those who spend real money into the game.

A good way to detect those who have cheated is that those who ran multiple tier 1 boards, all the while us true loyal players have only done maybe one or two tier 2 boards (I recall only two rounds of raffle only happened), and a handful of bonus rounds maybe max since the update. FIX THIS ROVIO, and fast!
