GUIDE TO BEING A 3 TAPE FIXER:

Note: Items are for illustrative purposes only and not fully leveled up.

Setup #1: Pseudo Speeder
Role: Distract, hunt fixers, protect team from speeders.
Pros:
~ Over 450 HP/sec Heal
~ High speed (1.5 + OB/Nitro)
~ High Agility (50+)
~ Deadly Flare + Ex Cannon Combo
Cons:
~ Average HP (5.6k)
~ No Tesla Bolt
~ No Tesla Shield


Setup #2: Enforcer + Defender Hybrid
Role: Tank Damage, help deliver big hits to focus fire on certain enemies.
Pros:
~ Extremely High HP(10K+)
~ Tesla Bolt for CC
~ Over 450 HP/sec Heal
~Hard hitting Long Range or Short Range Weapons (Flexible Options According to preference)

Cons:
~ Extremely slow (0.98)
~ One less weapon slot than Defender and Enforcer

I'll be honest, this thread changed my thinking from agreeing with @H.A.D.E.S to respecting them in the fullest. It's such a creative way to play fixer! If only we could tell them apart besides simply knowing the player lol.

 

I respect real fixer who stay behind and save my/teams ass rather than those going out a like a lone ranger either dying too fast or making us win/lose the game.

Yeah, but after looking at the guide that @Miku Da Yo 39 put together it feels wrong to think of them as a fixer in the first place. I think all the hate comes from thinking they're gonna heal you and having your hopes crushed in the end. But if we knew they were using all duct tapes from the beginning, we wouldn't have a reason to hate, right? I mean, that logic implies that I should hate all shooters that don't light enemies on fire for my blast cannon, despite having 5 red slots.

Selfish fixers should say Sos negative in the beginning unless you're going to corral the team somewhere.

 

There is a very simple concept that most people seem to overlook in spite and blame the selfish fixer regardless.... If a speeder rushes and dies, do you blame the player or their build? If a selfish fixer rushes and dies, do you blame the player or their build? Obviously, you blame the player. Everyone has bad games, so instead of saying why are you running tapes bro heal me, ask them, why couldn't you have gotten a kill and did more damage bro. It's not about the build, it's about the player.

 

Simply start playing shooter and do as much damage as you want or you are afraid that u will die fast without all those tapes.
If your not healing others while playing fixer, then there's no reason, u should call yourself a fixer.
