Balancing Gear score changes

    Would this make normal battle match making better and fair? Coz im about quitting the game with the very unfair matching...

    It will improve matchmaking in events, but have no impact on the matchmaking in normal ‘ranked’ battles.

    I hope this convinces you to give the game a little more time. It would be a shame if you’d have gone to the trouble to create a forum account, purely to tell us you were quitting.

    It all comes to the test of them. You should monitor battle results vs gear scores.

    If you still see as I saw that the majority of matches still end with 5-0, 5-1 or reverse score then nothing changed at all and the players still found a way to manipulate the system.
    IF ONLY THEY DEVOTED ALL THAT TIME THEY SPEND ON CHEATING ON ACTUALLY PLAYING WITH THEIR EQUALS WE WOULD HAVE A FAR BETTER GAME THAN WE HAVE NOW

    I am totally lost with all this, does this mean I might as well dump all my perks ? Also, my earnings have significantly dropped after each battle (by around 30%) is this linked ?

    TBF, should we be changing basic rules just for the events ? The events last a few days at best while the normal game is ongoing..

    Hmmm, so canon's epic +8% dmg perk gives +8% GS, and +4.5% crit perk gives +4.5% GS......yet new legendary "strike" canon perk (+8%dmg AND +4.5%crit) only gives +6% GS, not the +12.5% it, in theory, should?

    Isnt this rewarding those that can afford to play enough to even have a chance at leg perks, and penalising the rest of us?

    In context, the telsa shield epic perk for +0.8 sec duration gives +13% GS, and the new "Vigor" shield leg perk (+0.8secs AND +75 hp) gives +17% GS

    wow. everyone here is really good at math. I feel like I'm really back to school. I just put anything that's available and go to battle, armour first of course cause I wouldn't be a defender without it.;)

    There's a LOT of us here on the forum who like to discuss what works on paper and what does not. That's basically where the math comes in;)
    I did all that calculation the day the update got here giving TSes HP perks. Didn't factor in the event perks tho.:)
