Frozen screens

    Hi
    Once again after the latest update, I am getting frozen screens and have to reset the game before I can go back into it,
    This is happening after I watch the ads and even when I am at the end of the match and have to choose an arrow for the next game.

    I also have a problem with my guild chat, some of my team can see it some cannot and also I cannot see all of the messages from them.
