Flare Gun w/ Explosive Cannon or Blast Cannon? #SpeederStrategy

Which combination would be the best to use for speeders mk5+? Which one would you chose and why? and what Perks would you use (all four) (all items)?

- Flare Gun with Explosive Cannon (Flare gun with 3 Fire Duration and 1 Item Range and Explosive with 2 Cannon Damage and 2 Damage to Burning Targets Perk)
- Flare Gun with Blast Cannon (Flare gun with 3 Fire Duration and 1 Item Range and Blast with 4 Damage to Burning Targets Perk)

I use Explosive Cannon and grenade (with 44% fire chance)

I use ExC because they haven't given me dupes for my BC
But here are some pros and cons

ExC
pros

• Arc
• Area Dmg (shoot shipwrecks, and hit multiple targets)

Cons

• SLOWest cannon
• Doesn't get crew perks till later in the tree
• slow reload
• Double slots

BC
pros (Relative to ExC)

• Speed
• More Damage
• Crew perks early
  
• Single slot

Cons

• No area dmg
• low range

I have two rare burn perks, and an epic crit chance (because raffle) on my ExC, and rare crit chances on my grenade. (Dmg over time duration on flaregun)
