Flare gun Damage calculation

    can anyone tell me how is the damage of flare gun calculated.
    like if its damage is 51 and for 18.2 duration what will be the full duration damage?

    Isnt it simple? like 51x18.2= 928.2

    But its Dps is 84.

    DPS = total dmg per cycle / cooldown

    DPS = dmg × duration / cooldown

    Your flare gun DPS is:
    DPS = 51 × 18.2 / 11 = 84

    What I typed is correct, because...
    Total dmg per cycle = Dmg per tic (51) x Duration (18.2)
    Cooldown = 11
    So DPS = (51 x 18.2) / 11 = 84.4

    It will remove 30% of the base heals

    So if base dmg is 30 it will remove 9 per sec? That will be 45 for 5 sec against bandage. Are you sure its its not 30% of the enemy healing power?
    Also what about multiple flare?

    It will remove 30% of enemy base healing power no matter how many flare u use.
