Fire bomb doubt

    Yo guys can someone explain why my fire bomb sometimes deals like 11dmg/sec and other times 25? (If you can give me a mk3/4 good enforcer equipment it would be great)

    I'm just guessing here, but it likely has to do with how close the target is to the center... much like a mortar shot.
