    Sounds like a fun idea... whether it be this or another idea, something more creative than a simple 1/4 random probability would make things more enjoyable.

    I only grinded for 1 legendary in the first event and one legendary in the 3rd event, second event I stopped at the epic.
    I also can confirm I never experienced the stuck RNG where you simultaneously get the same perk repeatedly, in all 3 events I got 3 of the 4 advertised perks, so it is definitely RNG.
    So far through events I have earned 2 legendary perks, 3 epic perks, 3 rare perks, and 3 uncommon perks, as well as the free epic / rare weapons from the first event, all for free.
    In truth I would play the game modes without the prizes, they are change to usual ranked play and good fun.
    The fact I earn sugar, gold, complete quests, weapon achievements, stars, and have netted a bunch of perks and items for free, I struggle to see how players are unhappy with the events.
