    I've gone all hp on my rare tesla shield, but it still isn't enough to take a whole hit most of the time.. I use one cooldown perk and two duration and it works okay for me.
    Maybe after another 2 years I'll have an epic one;)

    I'd like to see opinions on this as well. My gut tells me HP because considering the amount I see shields broken, duration doesn't even come into play.

    HP becomes important at higher levels, below 3k players don't shoot at TSs. The most important for HP is to level up the Shield fast, the duration perks do great in lower levels.

    HP every time. Duration can be increased with perks to a point where you can hit your tesla shield and then use all 3 weapons and then get back into cover. Of course, I've got 4 epic duration perks...
