DEVS (GRIM) The need to make torpedoes balanced

    The reason people do not use the frost launcher anymore **but me** is due to the debuff when dmg is taking.

    That's true, I run Fire Bomb/Frost Launcher, I frost them up, and blast them with my fire. Then, I either CC them with another frost for my teamates, or I wait till my FB is up and repeat.

    Frost Launcher has the largest radius for mortars, so its a great way to pinpoint where your enemies are. :LONGSHOT:
