Defloat the Floaters

    Sorry, but I just dont buy any of the excuses for why floaters shouldn't be punished. You can check your ping fairly easily, and if something comes up where you have a dc issue, that's just on you. Floaters should not receive any infamy gained, and at least double infamy lost (though personally I think they should take the entire infamy loss). You provided no help to your team, regardless of the reason.

    Well how about 5 strikes and out within a given amount of time,maybe 2 days? because if you know that your internet is bad why purposely play when you can’t do your best for the team?
