    I think rares deserve a fourth perkslot at t5, because they're really all the F2P has nowadays xD. Epic dupes are hard to come by.

    I agree. It's definitely not super easy to get items to tier 5, even if it's just rare. You still need to unlock lvl 28 crew talent and also getting those 6 rare duplicates may still take a while if you're f2p.

    Someone start a petition for 4th perk on level 50 rare. Unlock it on level 50 (not 41) to calm all the crybabies who'd feel cheated for levelling epics and will start posting "I quit" threads all over the Forum. Plus it's a nice reward for investing one item from level 1-50.

    Edit: I'll do it.
