Event CTF Round 2 - Info and Tips - Race to the Flag

Why do some matches get extra time and others end as soon as time is over?

 

If a flag is in transit anywhere, the game extends, if they’re both on their bases when battle ends, no extra time.

 

this makes a new gang of 'exploiters'
the runoffs

fast ships will get touch the flag. die. run back. repeat

and theyll get about 5-8 coins even while losing.

dont ask how i know, i dot it from someone else.

to add, i must say:
some people cannot get their gear, and they may be testing our new ships.
like SheNavy, she uses a leggy xcannon, but uncommons and common yellow items, and the game thinks that she is a seal clubber.

then you have the weak fixer who dies every 30 seconds. me
i run t2 box and pulse, with a t1 shield, and t4 turbo.
i am not a seal clubber like SheNavy, but i run the best item possible.

if you tell me to use overall weaker items, that wont work because i have a mk5 ship and i cannot 'degrade' my ship.

i have a t1 nitro, and i got it from the beginning of the game (no wonder im not in nightmare), and for about 6+ months, no duplicate. for. nitro.

they should make the perk like this:
add 2 seconds
-10% durability.
and for tesla bolt, make the zapping time -0.3, but, make the cooldown -10%, called sacrifice
and for mortars.
make one called BasedCarpen
10% faster projectile,
9% damage to frost
will not break frost
add 1 radius
gives fire and more frost to the enemy
heals you

 

No, the blimey change should be a more REASONABLE cap on the top speed when towing the flag so something other than Speeders CAN ACTUALLY HIT THE TOP SPEED. LITERALLY they are the only boats that can hit it, though Enforcers and Fixers come close. But everything is already capped below the 1.5 limit. Loving Rovio, man.

EDIT: OH, and you also shouldn't be able to hit a nitro right before the flag and then coast away for a quarter of a tootin' mile on the momentum. If you're under the influence of a nitro, including still moving under the momentum, you should be unable to pick up the damn flag.

 

Just fyi - Mk7 Speeders, Shooters, and Enforcers can hit the 1.5 speed cap .. I don't know what the fixer speed cap is.

hmm.i cant increase infamy due to health which could be increased by shields

 

lol, only rerurned flag 2 times, touched enemy flag 0 times, still got 10 coins on draw

 

we need casual mode

or 'test out' mode

you get to seal club in any way possible, while earning minimum rewards and having fun
2v2 of couse! you MUST rely on your teammate!
