Chats and guilds temporarily turned off

Hello Battlers!

Unfortunately we've had to temporarily turn off the chats and guilds in the game. We're working on fixing the issue and everything should work normally again, soon.
The good news is that Battles are still up & running. Sorry for the inconvenience!

EDIT: Friends list is now up & running. So if you already have friends in the game you will now be able to fleet up with them.
EDIT: VIP Chat is now working.

Can you fix the rewards before the season ends?

I can't log into the game anymore, says servers are under maintenance. And I'm 3 wins away from nightmare league!

 

Reward us with pearls or legendary parts this inconvenience

 

I'm glad the chats are off actually xD. You guys opened the portals of hell with your global launch. It seems that bits of burning ricochets hit the forum as well. Good luck, I hope you guys figure this out.

 

I just wish that they would have kept friend chat open but I think they had to close it aswell just for fixing the chat system

 

So when is the game gonna come back?

 

I can now log back in but chat and guilds are still off. It still keeps throwing me out sometimes so prepare yourself getting kicked out too sometimes

I think so too. But It was refreshing to play solo, because ever since the fleet update I have mostly fleeted and even felt like it's the only way to enjoy this game, but I love going solo again as well.

 

Looks like the chats aren't the only thing disabled. I got thrown out while waiting the battle to start. I couldn't reconnect either so I had to close the game. Waited a couple of minutes and went back and I was in the middle of a battle. Only four ships were moving. After that I tried three or four battles and in every battle there were players afk. They were also thrown out I suppose. The battles are big lotteries at the moment. If you are lucky enough the afk players are unfriends every time.

Are we really gonna start demanding more freebies? C'mon guys... It's a minor inconvenience that hasn't cost us players anything, so why should it cost the game anything? The Devs work tirelessly to keep the game up and running. That's reward enough for me.. .
