Agreed. They also attract attention and then heal back up again, giving the others a fighting chance, so in a way, it's similar to what an other fixer would do, I dcept more offensive.

 

Yes but they aren’t healing their team. Which was the point of the fixer in the first place is to keep the team alive. Yes it’s really cool when a fixer does this because it makes them tanks and unique, and yes it’s cool when a speeder does double nitro and overboost and distract, but honestly if I was a shooter, I would want to be healed, and I would want my enemy stunned. Who cares if they are distracted, they’re gonna die anyway. Their cockiness only goes so far. Right into the face of an explosive cannon.

 

And they want to be healed too, so they use duct tapes. It's not like you can do any better healing them.

 

I’m making the item a bit better. Why would people be so upset with the opportunity of a buff? If I said that we are changing the cooldown for ex cannon, would you guys who use it deny it?

 

Oh oops, misread a part, my bad.
But I still think tapes should be left the way they are. That buff just might make them too useful and make their team really hard to kill, especially with two repair pulses added to that.

 

Yeah true, but it’s obly the radius of a repair box, which is really tiny. But yeah.

What would help is a lobby view before the match starts so you can view your friendlies' setup. Maybe give it a 10 sec countdown until match initiates so you have a chance to check for tape fixers.

 

I wouldn't like to have any extra wait time Just show our teammates items on the pre battle screen we already have and it'll be awesome

Then everybody change their items thinking on their teammates and your team become less prepared than before. No, thanks, leave the pre battle time as it is

 

How less prepared? If you haven’t selected and confirmed another’s item to your ship, then you’ll just go into battle with your original. And planning with your team prepares you for what’s to come. I don’t see how it won’t

 

How would you comunicate with 3-4 random players in a reasonable time?

 

You look at their builds and change your setup
