    Half of these are good. But could be better
    Ice Cannon. 25 percent? Cool idea. But should be 35-40 percent. And Health Perk.... its about time. Lol.

    Half are trash... as in misplaced ideas. Or game mechanics makes it bad.
    Carronade. Better as a slow or turret stopping perk along with damage.
    Frost only Perk.... devs. You realize you made frost launchers and frost cannons almost obsolete in the bay right?
    The frost effects were massively nerfed.

    Only 1 with the same name. He can equip both the "Quickshot" and "Chill" perks because they're considered different.

    I was gonna post the same ,however re-reading patch notes says different
    It says only 1 Legendary perk not '1 Legendary perk of each type or same name'

    That can still be interpreted either way. "Only fit one".... one what? One of that name or one legendary? We know it at least means one of that name... now we will figure out if it means only one unique perk.

    The more I think about it.. I'm leaning towards Chris's interpretation. If Grim meant you could only equip one special event perk at a time, then she would have said that. Because "only one legendary perk" would still allow a legendary perk and 3 special event epic perks. I think we will see multiple Legendary perks on items now.

    Yes that's what I believe.Its not stated clearly in patch notes,but in game message does clarify that only 'same name' perks are not allowed ( as far as I remember it,you would have to check it tho:p)

    I agree with you in most points but:

    20% Reduced CD can be nice and is not that bad as 50%

    Carronade Perk seems really poor. Why would someone want to have more range in a Carro if at mid-range it only hits with 1 or 2 projectiles? It's actually the most useless leg perk so far. In comparison, Wildfire and Shock are even more OP.
    Freeze duration and Cannon freeze are just ok. Event perks are still appearing with huge quality differences between them :confused:

    I'm so tired of Deathmatches too :(
    We've posted some nice ideas, variety would be good

    Also make the blast more painful too. No ship can duel with a flare + dual blasts and bubbles enforcer in NM now. What will the freeze do?

    Unique Fit of each type. So you can only fit one of the same name but several different legendary perks at the same time, for example.

    You could also not fit an epic and a legendary perk of the same name in the same item.
