Blue and Yellow Item Achievements

    It should count for each one equipped, just like how using 3 blast cannons is 3 times as efficient.

    Also it would be great if multiplier Takes into account the "TIERS" and "Class" of weapon.Don't want to end UP T1 commons to farm items

    In short, the multiplier Should take three aspect into consideration


    1) Amount of item used on ship
    2) Tier of the item
    3) Class of the item

    Definitely, yes. The original post is just the baseline for the idea. The goal is to make it as simple as possible for the blue items, but a few variables like these would make the progress speed up in the late game.

    Definitely something we need.

    For blues - I dislike victories. I would pick battles. All weapon achievements give points for losses. So add 50% to the number and make it total battles.

    For yellow, you can make it duration instead of # of uses. Time frozen, or time boosting. Or base it on number of minutes equipped. In fact you could do this for blues as well. Make legendary like 15k minutes which is like 3000 games. dying early gives you less time!

    If counting losses, too, some people may turn to killing themselves as quickly as possible over and over, so I won't agree to that.

    However, for the yellow I think the alternative idea (treating it like blues) would be a better solution since spamming the yellow items isn't exactly what makes them good.

    Counting for time instead is also a great idea! Surviving the battle should count for full 5 minutes, even if you won before the timer ran out!

    Understood. But who wants to lose thousands of games. Use Rovio's technique for quests now. Make it like 5000 battles for legendary, wins count 2x. So loses count, but wins count more.

    To loss, you spend probably 20 seconds. To win, you spend 3 mins. For 5000 battles, you spend just 27 hours in case of deliberately loosing and 125 hours for winning. So winning should be counted more. Or there should be some mechanism to limit unlimited lossing.

    I could see this for all buffs except gear lube sadly , it has the issue of muppt puppet for turret time , there will be those players that float and spin and shoot some how they will figure out how to get it to count for them ... -.- sadly

    the survival idea I LOVE! its a great incentive for players to play tactically not throw away games and cycle

    Did you read my original post? You get points just for winning battles while having it equipped, regardless of how much you use it. If you manage to win by doing nothing but spin your turret, be my guest lol.

    Or wait, what was this in response to lol. You're post after this implies you agree so I'm confused now xD

    I disagree for the shooter and fixer part because it takes time and/or money to get multiple decent versions of an item

    Should still be rewarded. I only have 1 good blast cannon but I wouldn't complain if someone had 2 good ones and made faster progress. They worked hard (or paid good money) for those dupes after all.

    F2P fixer i know have already farmed two out of their 3 greens, Its as easy as it gets! I m around 30-40% in 5 weapons and i don't even play much these days... Trust me you have all T5 rares you can farm 5 legendary in 30-50 days...its No small deal!
