Account recovery

    How can I recover my account? I stopped playing for more than a year. I always believed it is link in my google account but when I download the game again and use my google account, my account was not restored.

    Basically to restore / save account data there 3 ways how this works explained in this FAQ: https://forum.battlebay.net/threads/saving-progress-and-syncing-devices-faq.11/

    The condensed version is: Either you connect to facebook, Game Center (iOS) or Google Play - these are the only options. If you have done neither - we can not find your account.
    Please PM me personally and I can have a look, what I will need is your in game name (exactly spelled!) or your Account ID - if you have saved that somewhere. Otherwise, unfortuantely we won't be able to assist you.

    If you have connected with the above options - and download the game - you would automatically be prompted with the last saved account and could log into it directly.
    If you have changed either your facebook or Game Center / Google Play log ins since the last time you played - the game won't be able to find your account of course.
