    How to use perks in items? I don't know or something is not working.

    hi There, if you have common or uncomment items, then you need to upgrade them to higher lvl like lvl 10 or lvl 20 , so that you can insert the perks.
    But for rare items you can insert the perk right away, just click the item and then click the circle and choose the perk.

    You can fit perks into non-locked round perk slots (first is unlocked for Rare item from the start, but for uncommon items it becomes available only after Evolution 2 stage). You can see all the possible perk slot combinations in the Item Shop.
