I love how everyone is asking if custom battles count on the achievements.

Currently custom battles are the only way to play with your friends besides fleeting (which only allows 2 players to play together, only on the same team, requires both players to be within similar level range etc). Custom battles, while it doesn't do anything for the main game, was one of the greatest steps the devs have made towards making the social aspect of the game more enjoyable. There is definitely balancing to be done for the main game, but I hope to see little things added to custom battles over time as well.

 

Such as adding bots, the ability to move the map terrain around, blah blah blah.

 

I was thinking simpler things like adjusting the timer or adjusting everyone's damage or hp lol.

 

We try to custom when we can, always got someone on our ass in rivalries makes it tough.

We've had some crazy 5 on 5. I wish I had them saved. The most intense games ever.

Split fixer on each team and boat types and balance it. Then go see what you can do.

Those matches get crazy with the top players in the game all in one Match. Makes regular gameplay feel easy.
