I don't think it's going to be a hybrid because, for example. if it's a hybrid between shooter and speeder, most players will change to the new ship because there is no point in playing speeder or shooter anymore.

Like what happened with speeder and enforcer. RIP speeder.

We have a weapon ship, a speed ship, an agility ship, a health ship and healing ship. Only stat left is.... Orange? Having any other specialty will be too much like the other ships so there might be an orange slot. Fixer is the only ship with green so why can't this ship have a unique item type too?

 

Should be a shooter with duct tape.

 

Lets speculate..
1. Orange slots- nope, new orange item and new ship, devs aren't that generous.
2. If it will have yellow slots, they will be 2 or less. Probably only 1 slot point.
3. 4 red slots, high probability.
4. Maybe something between Defender and Shooter.

 

Anyway, new ship gonna be OP.
Cuz it has *small* size and *red*.

 

How can you make this claim without knowing the slots, items and base stats that the ship will have?

Coming from Warhawk, I doubt this is a guess.


It'll depend on the stats, but it looks like a faster, tankier enforcer .. and it'll probably have agility between the enfo and speeder (or the perfect agility).

So, it will likely take over the enforcer role .. and these are the loadouts you'll see:

Enfo loadouts with FB in place of the flare -

• FB + dual grenade, dual BC, BC and grenade, or a mine in there somewhere
• Yellows: TS + OB
• Big shield + small shield + bandage (or BS + dual bandage)

- or -

• Railgun, dual sniper
• OB + Nitro
• BS + SS + Bandage (or turbo for those without one or the other)

If its remotely close to the speed of speeders, you'll see a number of speeders switch over.


Anywho, I doubt it'll draw any fixers, defenders or shooters over.. so enfo and/or speeder usage rates will drop to make up for the new ship.

The circular tube thing at the rear of the ship, that part seems below the water line. It looks like a partial submarine, my guess is that it will have its dedicated submerge button to move around stealthily.

 

I don’t care what it is - I’m just excited that I’m getting some new free inventory storage spots . That’s exciting!

 

LOL, this is the best feedback I've seen so far on the new ship!
I'm loving this, since I have 110 inventory slots and the NEXT 5 would cost me 3680 Pearls.

@StrictSalmon307 there are two possibilities I see

1. fixer counter
2. kinda opposite of fixer-dedicated selfish fixer class ship, only self healing ability and no team-healing ability
