Idea: Tesla disruptor

    tesla disruptor: a 2 slot yellow item that is launched like a mortar.
    It will not stun the enemy on hit, but “disrupt” their auto aim.
    Meant to be an enforcer item, but I can see the applications to speeder.
    Durations and perks are 1.5x stun duration of the same level.
    May break on hit idk

    Interesting idea, but not sure. Note that we get auto aim disrupted at close range already... annoyingly enough.

    By disrupt I mean turn it off.
    That would basically be a stun if it made your auto aim be crazy

    I do like the idea of temporary disorientation... it has some basis in reality, leaving you some ability for a couple hail mary shots, but have less control over where it actually goes.
