Banned Problem

    Hello, a few days ago I can not log into my account of Battel Bay.

    When I enter, he tells me that my account is frozen for 7 days. Several days have passed and when I enter the game it continues to put 7 days.

    Can someone help me?

    It s the DURATION of the ban not the TIME REMAINING

    when did you find out about the ban? Exactly 168 hours from that time.
