Hmm no. 12 second is good enough.
When someone bolts you, somebody else will take a shot at you, canceling the bolt.
Everything has a purpose. You can't just make every items weak and hope for the best.
Sometimes, people will bolt you, run away so they can heal.
Sometimes, people will send out torps and will miss (even when frozen).
Sometimes, people will put mines everywhere and won't work.
Missiles Launcher is incredibly powerful. Should it be nerf ? No.
Mines is way way OP. Should it be nerf ? No.
Weapons are getting stronger, health are getting higher, defense as well.
How can you possibly think we should nerf a lot of weapons (not you personally) but keep everything else the same ?
Here's an idea :
Make EVERY weapons deal 300 damages and let's up the health to 25000.
The winners would be those who have more health, thus, defenders.
Would it be balanced ? No.
Again, every items serve a purpose.
You don't see people whine about Moisterner dealing so much damages with his T4 Flare Gun and fire perks and yet, we deal with it.
We win some, we lose some. It's part of the game but enough with nerfing every single items in this game !! Every update means some things will be nerfed.
Railgun, tri-torps, sniper, fixers, OB/Tesla shield, next is what ? Big torp, missiles, health points ?
Next next update ? Flare gun, EC, less health for every ships beside defenders and shooters ?
