HELP with administrators

How do someone get in touch with a administrator? I’m really new to this.

 

What do you need?

 

Last week on Wednesday I bough 99.00 of peals. Everything acted the same as always. But after I hit the OK button there was another box that came up and said Purchase failed please try again later. So I figured it was a server problem. So I tried it again on Thursday same thing happened. So I thought maybe it was my card that was on file was about to end but I tried it again on Friday same thing happened. So I called my bank and they said the charges were pending. I called iTunes but they couldn’t see the charges yet because they were pending. So my new card came Friday I updated everything in my iPhone. On Sunday at the end of the last event I tried buying the 20.00 coins the same thing happened. Nothing downloaded on my game ether time. I reported it to the developers page and they sent me here. Can you tell me why nothing downloads now? Sorry this was long.

I really don’t think that Rovio’s procedure, for these kind of problems, should be to send people here. However, let’s see if we can get you noticed by someone who might be able to help...

It would be good if you could let us know your in game name, and player code.

Thanks my name in the game is LegionP229 and I’m not sure of player code I sign in though Game Center or Facebook. Where can I find that?

 

You find your player code when you touch on your profile:
Like in this player’s profile, it’s under his name and above his guild

It aren’t the red things btw, these were to mark the nice numbers in his profile

 

Click on the three lines in the top left corner of the main screen, and then open your profile from there.

On the profile, it is this gold number, underneath your name, and above where your guild name would be.

I just always tap on my boat lol, you’ll still see your profile xD
