Bugs caused by the new update - please place them all in this thread.

I have hard some people who came across a few new bugs which occured after the update. Please place them all in this thread, so we can all collect them here instead of making all different threads.

Display size is wrong. The game displays too large. Only about 1/4 th of the scene fills my whole phone screen.

 

Same issue here.

 

Try this on your iPhone iOS 12
Settings-> general -> storage on iPhone-> battle bay -> erase app (in red will erase all data of this app )
Once done, reinstall Battle bay from AppStore
Display problem should be fixed

I use an iPad with IOS 10.3.3. Should I try your soluce on this device ?

 

I’m not sure you can manage data on iOS 10, have look if access to the repository storage on iPhone
Or update iOS and try after

 

Super laggy on android, samsung 7. Ping is fine, 70-90, and I'm running with lower graphics. Not even worth playing currently it's so choppy. I've tried restarting my phone with no luck.

 

I have lost thousands of Pearls on not taken rewards at captain achievements
Does anyone knows? How can I retrieve them ?

 

The resolution is all messed up on my iPad mini. I can’t see half the buttons and it’s my primary playing device. I’m extremely frustrated.

When I open the game it takes 4-5 minutes just to load into the home screen.
After that if I try to battle iiIcan find a match quickly but then get stuck on the pregame loading screen for the first minute or so of the match. ( The last one I tried to play I was stuck on this screen indefinitely. )
If I manage to finish a battle it then takes another 4-5 minutes to load back to the home screen.
I have tried wifi and 4G LTE mobile data, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game, ping is still at 76ish. Nothing seems to fix this issue and the game is unplayable for me currently.
Is there anything else I can try? Is anyone else having this issue and if so is it being looked into?

 

Display is too large, I can’t see everything or access hardly anything, but what I see looks impressive, I can’t wait till it is accessible. Thanks for taking the time to read this.

I also have resolution problem
Can't delete game and restart
I haven't use Facebook to save game and all my progress Will be lost
Is there going to be a new Update that fix this critical issue soon ???????

 

Grenade launcher’s critical talents have been messed up. Instead of being additive to our total critical chance, it became either multiplicative or i dont even know. No longer can reach 88% crit chance..

 

I turned the resolution down, to get better peformance, but after the update the game is even lagging and glitching at half resolution and even the start screen as well.

And many shot got unregistered also. Maybe due to the lagging?

This isn't bug but it makes my ship hard to control...
The weapon icon in game are way to small to select'em...
(PS it would be nice if i can arrange them according to my wish like all yellow item on left side of screen and red on right)
Again, Command icon is way tooo big makes me hard to control the ships sometimes it's like pressing the last weapon on the screen but hitting the command icon accidently ..

 

1. Phone gets overheated(probably just an affect becaue i play long hours, but this is just hypothesis, some people whom I asked got their phone overheated too).
2. Frame rate drop- For instance, on using nitro, the ship gains thrust, but the blue boost doesn't appear, appears after like 2 seconds.
When ship is moving forward, there comes a sudden stop, when the ship goes very little back, then front again, this not only happens with me, but when am shooting an unfriend ship, ship appears to go forward, but suddenly comes back
3. The home screen is glitching too. Like waves behind my ship move differently, along with my ship.
