Change Infamy points rule.

    I thoughts it was a star for winning, a star for doing more than the average damage/healing in a game and another star for doing double the average

    You are both correct. My point is that there is a system in place that correctly measures individual contribution.

    The contribution measured by the star system IS correct from a computer's perspective, but I disagree with this, the reason being as I stated above. You cannot measure EVERYTHING and keep EVERYONE happy. Today, the infamy system causes new players to protest, and some other players. If changed, it'll lead to every baiter and kiter ragequitting. Though it is not perfect (In that, I agree), I believe it's the best under the current circumstances.
    P. S. I know teammates are sometimes not the best, but baiting and kiting are still viable strategies, which don't count numerically, since you're running full speed with people rarely shooting you until you opening up the ambush.

    I always have the same doubt. Battle bay have to something change the +/- 24 reward :D

    Infamy is already given different amount based on the match. If other team is better on paper, if they win, the get less infamy for the win, and losing team loses a bit less (like 15). If the underdog team would win, they would get more than 24.
    I think the current system is fine, it could be better, but i wouldn’t want it to depend on stars.

    how about we have stars have somthing to do with infamy gained, like this?

    win
    1 star win/tie +11/12 infamy
    2 star win/tie +23/24 infamy
    3 star win/tie + 30/31 infamy
    0 star win/tie is +5/6 infamy.

    loss
    0 star loss is -30/31 infamy
    1 star loss is - 23/24 infamy
    2 and 3 star loss is -11/12 infamy!

    I like the concept, but curious how you get a 0 star win or a 3 star loss...

    If your team has a floater and maneges a win, the floater gets 0 stars. Sometimes in higher level battles, it is possible, however unlikely, for you to get a 3 star loss.
    Even if it almost never happens, the system needs a way to award infamy when it does happen.

    3 star loss is impossible since 1 star comes from winning, but i still like the current system... good idea tho

    I don't mind the system as it is, but It would be nice to understand more on the mechanics that calculate star contribution other than saying frost / stuns / fire damage are great for stars.

    Also - When a fixer removes frost / stun effects, does that count as contribution in the same way that applying them does?

    Looking to my stats today ... 4088 battles and 2049 victories ... ie win/lose is random due to network connection, team mates and foe behavior,......
    So, if infamy points ared based on win/lose then they are random as well. And the game becomes boring at last.
    To keep interest, you need to show how individual skills increase from day to day. Mesuring individual skills requieres another system than infamy.
