    Hello ,

    Since this morning i can't play the game , i suceed one time at 09:00 but since :

    I got a galaxy S7 with v7.0

    I have an S7 edge and it runs fine for me.
    Sounds daft but you have checked your connection is good right?
    Have you tried force closing the app and reopening or rebooting the phone?

    Yep other apps and Internet work fine.
    I already close apps and even delete data : same problem , just reboot the phone 5min ago , still nothing.

    To know : i got no problem yesterday after the update

    S7 edge here not even getting introduction screen since this morning... app doesnt work just a black screen... an6 ideas.. ?
    I tried unistalling and reinstalling no change

    Just rechecked mine and is 100% working fine.
    That black screen I usually get if I have left the app open and reopen later, usually force closing and restarting will fix it but as you have reinstalled and still have the issue, very odd.

    You tried rebooting the phone?

    What version of Android are you running?

    I'm running Android 7.0.

    Same , Android 7.0 , i think uninstall / reinstall is the last thing to do :(

    Very strange, reinstall is the last resort but may be your only option.
    Just make sure you have it connected to your google play account and screenshot your profile details in case something goes wrong with the reinstall, support can get your account back.

    Well i just delete my data games again to be sure i was connected with google play and it work fine now , as you say very strange.

    Did you try the reboot?

    Deleting cash files i think was what created the problem.. did a second reinstal and was stuck at this strange screen...
    Another reinstal over wifi helped.. and back online now finally!

    I’ve had the same issue. Forget the wifi network you’re connected to. Turn off wifi. Turn off device. Then restart and reconnect to the wifi network. This should allow you to connect

    After the recent update I am no longer able to scrap items the item turns into a glowing gray circle and just stays like that until I Force the game closed. Also if I try and battle I can't move and everything is in super speed mode and again I cannot do anything. Please help
    I am on a iPad
