Login problems HELP

    I have a problem in my login, I did a factory reset to my phone, then I installed the game and wanted to play normally with my user but I could not log in and they sent me a new user, I tried to recover my user everywhere but I do not know how.

    I tried to log in by Google play and Facebook but I have no solution.

    same tbh i was super lagging recntly and this the only game that lag on me.

    Had you synced your progress to Google Play or Facebook?
    Did you make a note of your ID before you restored?

    I'm sure it was synchronized but when I wanted to recover my account I was not successful. I did not copy my ID, I thought it was synchronized. Do you know how I can recover it or is there a support email?

    You will need your ID I believe, so you are not in a great situation.
    If you can remember your name, guild, pearls, inventory etc you can try to restore via support.
