New Incendiary Perks, -% projectile speed

    The flare says +% while the others say -%, surely these perks don't make the projectiles slower, right??

    Whether or not the projectile speed is actually faster or slower I have not confirmed. Can we get some clarification on this? Is it a misprint?

    it was explained before
    it was meant to be -13% flight time
