Suggestions for EVENTS and NEW GAMEPLAY MODES

    CTF is a fun mode but its reward need to be adjusted to time spending. Like x1.5 coins/battle compare to 1v1 and 2v2 because it costs x2 time. And a draw match should give 75% reward of winning one, since you make both teams look like losers even when we try our best n cost us more time.

    It would be especially helpful if you could set number of friends and unfriends, skill levels for each player or the whole team,ships being used, weapons being used, any perks

    Here's an idea for a Christmas event (it's only 4 and a half months away, wtf). Everyone is in a sleigh, with same hp. no blue, green or yellow items. Only weapon is the jingle bell item. the map would have to be insanely small.

    Clash Royale app consumes 1gb storage with cache. The small size is yet another point where they deceive us.

    Either way, Battle Bay being large isn't the big issue. Rovio picked a genre that is more of an acquired taste: Naval Warfare. By nature, it feels slow and clunky at first. It isn't until you get your head in the game that it starts to feel fast and exciting, and we know a lot of gamers don't like to stick to a game long enough to fully appreciate it, especially nowadays.

    Let us choose to get a same leg perk or reroll for others would ya. Ya know we cant use 2 on an item right? Especially those perks are for an item we dont have! Ya dont know how disappointing it could be...

    Rather than having a capture circle, each team has their own (similar to the CTF mode) BUT, it becomes a home ‘base’ or ‘mother ship’, if you will. The purpose of the match is to destroy the other team’s ‘base ship’. Home base would be a large ship or a ‘command post’ of sorts with something in the neighborhood of 25k(+/-) health.

    In this mode, there will still be the ship to ship fighting as teams must fight to protect their own ‘base ship’. Players that make it to the opposing ‘base ship’ will be tasked with destroying said ‘base ship’. Fixers can choose to either heal the players defending the base or heal the ‘base ship’ itself. Pulse, bolt and box could all heal the home base just as it would any given teammate.

    This setup would integrate well into the current mapping system and capture the flag mode. Rather than the capture the flag circle, those locales would be the setting for each team’s ‘base ship’.

    NOTE: Possible flukes I see this far are:
    Mine flooding. Players getting close enough could throw mines at the base but since the home base can’t move to avoid damage legendary mines could make quick work of it.
    *Possible Fix* Either do a 1 mine expl./xx secs OR put a small safe zone (equivalent to a 2-3 range) around the base where mines only land outside the zone (similar to the CTF circle).

    Distant Mortar Rain. Same as mines Just from a distance with Bertas.
    *Possible Fix* Have the base ship moderately covered. Obviously players that can craft an accurate mortar should get rewarded for the effort so there should be certain ‘sweet spots’ where Bertas & such can fall, but the idea is to encourage skill shots rather than easy distance shots.

    8pages wow, I did not read any so sorry if it’s been suggested.

    Everyone starts with a cannon or something and every kill gives you a new gun. First to 25 wins or something, it’s not a complete idea. Now I regret typing this.

    Edit: still brainstorming, maybe it’s just regular matches, but every kill gives you some hp back. This way you can stop some kill stealing and let the guy that did all the work get his hp back.

    New event purely skill based - You pick a ship and loadout separate from your personal progression. For the event every ship and item is at the same set level chosen by developers for that week. This would focus on pure skill from players and would also prevent seal clubbers from ruining the event.

    A capture and hold ( domination) would be fun
    Three smaller capture zones , first to 100 points wins and you gain 1 point/second for each zone the team controls

    New Game Mode Idea - Experimentation
    No rewards, with completely open builds even if you don' have items unlocked. Ability to adjust ship Mk, and item levels/perks.
    Matched with similar builds for competitive matches to get a good feel for the new item.

    New game mode/event - Escort
    One team has a cargo ship that travels around the map while one team defends it and the other attacks it. No respawns, either destroy the escorts or destroy the cargo ship to win. After round the teams would switch roles attacking/defending. In case of a draw which ever teams cargo ship had the most hp leftover wins.

    Like 1-flag CTF! I think this can be done. I bet the hardest part is having multiple rounds in 1 battle.
