Gear lube and rudder are garbage

    If it was possible to equip that perk:
    Epic T4 big shield with no perks = impossible epic T4 rudder with 10 epic perks

    Real epic T4 rudder = half of epic lvl 31 standard shield

    I don't think it is that much, considering that if you can equip 4 epic perks on your rudder, you can also use them on your lvl 31 standard shield and have 1412 health points...
    I think standard shield would still have bigger usage than rudder and we still would have players with no HP perks on their rudders. We'd just have a healthy variety all around the bay. ;)

    Just put perks/skills that increase ship speed and/or acceleration with lube and rudder
