Account recovery

    I got a new iPhone and updated everything but when I opened up battle bay it started me as a new player. How do I recover my old account I've spent a lot of money upgrading my ships and buying items I'd like to have my old account back how do I recover it?

    Hey!

    Sorry to hear that you've lost access to your account. Please send a support ticket to Rovio Support at https://support.rovio.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=233218 and they'll help you. Please include the following in your message:

    - Your new Account ID (you can copy this to the clipboard in the in-game options > accounts)
    - The player name of your current account
    - The player name of the lost account
    - Some inventory contents of the lost game (captain level, weapons etc)

    It seems like Facebook and Google play doesn't sync and bind to the game account at all.
    Hope developer can look into it seriously.
    I lost 1 account previously and now running a new account with money invested in it.
    Hope this bug can be fixed asap. Thank you!

    I think that, developers of Rovio Company should develop additional module to restore old account.

    I have lost old account of Battle Bay game, and then I could continue playing this game. :(:(:(:(

    I had an account on battlebay but due to some changes made in my phone setting by an excecutive of my data providing company it started using huge data app 650mb in hour or 2.
    He said me to unstall an reinstall Battlebay and I assured me I would be able to retain my levels and data for the game.
    But as I installed it, unable to retain data.
    Pls help

    Log in via Facebook or google play games, you should get your progress back. Go to settings and accounts.

    My Old account name is Banderas, captain LVL 50. Items include T5 legendary everything. If you could please correct it so I can log back in to his, I mean my account, that'd be great
