your thoughts on no gcl mode/vampire mode

    In your bed, computer, and screen
    in no global cooldown mode, you can fire repeatedly with no cycle time (not cooldown)
    imagine a flare e cannon speeder and instantly getting zapped
    or getting killed by 5 fires dealing 500 damage per tick :p:) (or having a healing power of 500/t)

    in vampire mode, 50 or 100 of all damage dealt will be healed to you.
    but, weapons only do 50 of original damage (to prevent op shooters):D;)

    I’ve often thought that GCD should be limited to same colour items. So that shooting doesn’t prevent you from using Nitro, and Nitro doesn’t prevent you from using Repair Pulse etc...

    Perhaps, but with the current slot allocations, it would effectively be a buff for speeder, enforcers and fixers, and an indirect nerf for shooters and defenders.

    No GCD? That would be item spam galore. Anything that is spammable would be spammed... it would just be a game of who has a faster trigger-finger.

    No gcd - enforcers would just spam shields and then pick apart who was left when the dust settles.
