Would it just ruin mines to be able to tell friend from foe's?

    Maybe they can make an event perk for gear lube that lets you see mines more easily. Just thinking out loud

    Yes. It would. Please don't do this. The best way to avoid mines is to treat them all as if they were the enemy's mine. Even if you just dropped it, turned away to shoot and are now looking at your own mine again. Always treat all mines as if they are enemy mines.

    ....Or maybe literally any other item that non-crazy people use.

    Okay that's easy to say until you get in a position where you're confronted with a sea of mines and you're a Defender and these [WORDS REDACTED SINCE MODS WILL DO IT ANYWAYS] at Rovio capped Defender move speed so low that going around said sea will take so long your team will have all died anyways.

    Your idea is ilogic.

    The strength of the mine is precisely because it requires the attention of the player. If you know which mine is launched by your enemy, it loses all the sense and strategy of the weapon.

    Are mines in Battle Bay smart mines. How do they tell the difference between ships? I guess friends ships are made of plastic and unfriend are made of metal.

    They only explode on the red ships, of course.

    Mines should travel like torps (the normal range 8 (plus training and perks). Tired of max mines with 3 range perks and full dr buzz & burnice training being thrown 15 feet over the wall
