Why im not recive my rivalry reward?

    After revalry ended, i change guild and participating on guild quest. In this new guild, Im the first one participating guild quest and the last one finish it and we got 1st place, but why i dont recive my reward?
    Help please!

    You will not get any rewards until the next rivalry starts.
    This is to prevent people from jumping guilds for easy prizes.
