Why Do The Developers Rarely Answer

    The Dev team has not been very helpful to me I made about 6-7 posts writing about things that needed to be fixed or wanting help. Once only once was a message fully responded too the other times they were ignored or I was answered partially or I was mocked by the Devs extremely helpful.

    We don't have time to answer all feedback, but we read it all. A lot of the time, suggestions have been made before and we have already addressed them. Mocked by the devs? When/by whom?

    Devs are extremely busy (as it's their job) and I would personally rather have them working on the game then chating with me on the forums lol. I'm sure they aware of the issues and if you have a issue they have probably already answered it on a older forum post. They can't respond to every thread they have a very very small staff! However if you were mocked that is unprofessional and should be addressed. Do you have any proof?
    These guys can't catch a break:eek:

    It's okay! Well the main reason is suggestion or something that you make has been posted before by another people. So devs wont reply each of them. For example i suggested to add 5 in fleet feature and i hope my suggestion is replied by devs. 2 days later i found that my suggestion has been posted before and that post is replied by devs. Maybe your suggestion also like me, already posted before. And try to appreciate devs, they work hard to make this game fun!

    Toxic messages
    Arguments.
    Ban evasion
    -Creating a new account for circumventing chat & other bans
    Forbidden topics
    -Politics, religion, racism.

    I only chat once per global advertising my recorded videos in battle bay.
    and how do i know when will mute will gone? please help! i cant chat in VIP as well ~_~.

    Tbh the devs of Battle Bay are some of the most interactive devs in any game I've played. I used to consider Clash royale's dev team to be good for simply reading the forums and subreddit, but the devs here are constantly replying to messages and even getting into discussion with people. I just hope they'll continue to do this without moving on to another game.
