    FB: PROS:

    • High damage
    • That flare tho..

    FB CONS:

    • If flare misses blast sucks
    BB PROS:

    • Damage is an independent variable ( if you don't include defense)
    • You look nice today
    • ALL damage is dealt immediately
    BB CONS:
    • Not as powerful as FB when F hits.
    Which do you think is better?

    For what ship?
    I ran Blast blast swift on my enfo, (Till I got a legy flare lol) and that work well for me at 3k on an mk5.

    Double blast is a good build if you are in a league where firebombs and flares are common, AND if you run a fast build(2 nitros minimum). The challenge is getting into position and getting two shots off before burn expires.

    Flare blast is good when you're dealing with double fixer teams on a day to day basis. So is stun, on that build. You'll healblock and -30% healblock everyone you meet, veery good for strategic control.

    TL;DR BB for fast duellists, FB for assassins and slow duellists

    Good question! I go back and forth between the two on my tape fixer.

    Fb combo is great against healers and when your team works together. But double blast pewpew is also very nice.

    I am currently running a Swift+Grenade combo on my Mk 4 Speeder.

    Yellow Items:Overboost,Nitro
    Blue Items:Std Shield,Turbo
    Weapons:
    1)Swift Torp(cool down 9.5 sec,550 damage)
    2)Grenade Launcher(cool down 11.1 sec,490 damage)

    I feel quite satisfied with my combo:):):)

    I call double blast the "John Wick" build. It's fun, crazy and freaking insane when you have pyro shooters on your team.

    I use Fire Bomb Blast Cannon. Works great on a Speeder! (My high is 2400 infamy)
    Pros: You get to be a support speeder.
    You get to choose when you go in. (Meaning you don't have to always be up close to be good)
    More control over the battlefield, being able to light multiple enemies on fire.
    Cons: Less up close and personal.
    It is harder to close into the enemy, but when you do, it is very good.

    I'd say FB. Flare for the burn alone. This helps the whole team and is a time release damage with the heal blocking. Great for sticking other speeders as well. In NM league, speeders primarily run flare ex canon combo and it's hard to beat. Blast is almost as good with a shorter reload, but you can work the perks to half burn half damage if you want to be safe. Otherwise just go all burn perks if possible. The higher you get in infamy, the more burn weapons you will see so it makes sense to have weapons that maximize that for you and the team.

    I would use flare + blast. Blocks heals and increases blast damage as well as teammates damage, which is pretty good compared to just blasts.
    When I played speeder I used ex cannon and blast, because it offered good point and splash damage. Idk about now though, I only used that setup before ex cannon nerf.
