when are the devs going to punish cheaters?

    or will they just issue more warnings and make announcements? maybe thats why so many players are still doing it... what reason is there to spend more money on this game if Rovio continues to allow this?

    Define cheaters? There's anything from overt to grey-area gaming going on.

    If you see a cheater report it to a moderator, and they will investigate it. Since the announcement there haven’t really been many (or any that I know of) major “cheating” incidents, so in that sense the announcement was effective even though they really failed to punish the repeated offenders from before the announcement.
