what to do next?

So as someone who would be level 30 in a matter of days but has saved up no gold at all yet for a reason ( saving up rare parts. )
So do i upgrade to mk5 or rank 4 my tier 4 blast cannon. ( Keep it in mind that i have no combo granting extra damage so i need strong weapons. I use blast cannon with big berta ( weird i know ) but i like it that way.
Apparently matchmaking would be easier if i stay as mk4 and i dont have a big shield or third yellow item ready for mk5 speeder anyway..

 

Since you don't have items ready I would upgrade your blast and start saving...

You should always save resources for big upgrades because you are going to want to get them ASAP

 

ok fine, its just the rare parts as well- i wa upgrading my tier 2 epic nitro then realised it took many as many rare parts as a tier 3 rare on top of the epic parts. I have 1500 epic parts but when i mean saving up, i meant saving up since today from 0 rare parts after getting a blast cannon rare from Christmas gift. ( i didnt expect to get one so soon as i am just about to train Bhurt to tier 4 evolution.

 

It depends... since you don't have weapons for your mk5 I wouldn't upgrade your ship just yet.... I would upgrade you blast and then start saving gold....

IMO.....Don’t upgrade boat until you’re ready to face fiercer opponents....I’m level 40 and won’t upgrade to mk6 until I have everything in order and my skills are polished!

 

Damn i am getting that urge to break my vom to be f2p to buy one of those offers so i get a chance at a legendary piece. Hopefully i dont give in

 

Low infamy = No upgrade
High Infamy = Upgrade

 

Agreed, don't upgrade your boat until you have to. It will throw you into a new level of competition, so if you aren't ready, you will drop infamy.
