    yes it was, it's new event perk
    and I am going to say it right now
    it's not op!;):)
    you evidentently have not been active here for past few days or you are new here because this was discussed right after it's introduction

    yeah no damage but effects can still be applied

    I just wanted to stop the possible discussion about it's op-iness at it's start;)
    it was not announced in patch notes but it was marked as "new" when it was added to the event possible rewards

    It was introduced with the first event when we all spawned in with invincibility, but then 2 weeks ago the perk was added to get this buff from repair bolt in any match.
