    that is SHIP HP perk and not Tesla shield HP perk ,so that perk gives +40 HP to your ship and not Tesla shield.

    Lmao I’m such a noob for having played almost 14k battles yes you are correct. My dumbass didn’t even think to click and check to make sure what the perk was actually for
