We should tweak shield perks

    idea: change the effects of the shields. Currently, the hp is used way too much, compared to hp.

    Idea: shield defence
    1% of damage is protected
    2% of damage is protected
    3% of damage is protected
    3% of damage is protected. 120 hp to the shield.
    That might be TOO op.
    Here’s why 3X4 (per shield), X6 = 72% that would make defenders indestructible
    For the fixer meta: 2/1 shield. That is 12% damage or 24% of damage reduced. Is that too op? Would you rather have the perks like
    1%, 1.5%, 2% instead?

    120, 5% more hp TO THE SHIELD

    Does it really matter?
    I sugessted the defence perks rework but no body really cared, the second is confusing for me:
    it's shield hp-hp of the item
    or
    shield hp-shield hp perks?

    For the leggy perk, it’s hp, 120 + say, 1000 = 1200 X 1.05
