Was charged for 3900 chest bundle, didn't receive chests

    I woke up and ran through my shop real quickly to get my care package and free chest. I tapped the free chest and mashed my finger on the bottom right of the screen, anticipating the chest's items to pop up. Apparently, I was lagging because they never did and my mashing the screen ended up selecting and confirming the purchase of the 3900 chest bundle. It took my pearls but the chests didn't show up. When I closed and re-opened the client later, my free chest and care package both showed up in my inventory, ready to redeem. And yet, no sign of the other 10 chests I'm missing, but I've still had my pearls deducted.
